I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
I may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. This updated policy is effective from 24 May 2018.
What I collect
I may collect your name and contact information, including email address. If you come for lessons, I will also collect health information.
What I do with the information
The contact information you give will only be used so that I can respond to a request for information you make, or to contact you if you have asked me to do so.
I will not use your contact information for any other purpose without obtaining your explicit consent to use it for that specific purpose.
I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law to do so.
You may request details of the personal information that I hold about you at any time. I will respond promptly. If you believe that any information I am holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email me as soon as possible. I will promptly correct any information I find to be incorrect.
Before you come for lessons, if you would like me to delete any personal information I hold about you, please email me and I will promptly do so. If you do decide to have lessons with me, in accordance with CNHC regulations, all information will be retained securely for 8 years from the date of your last visit. For a client who is a child, it is retained until his or her 25th birthday, or 26th birthday if they were 17 when the visits ended. At the end of that period, it will be shredded.
Security
I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I hold.
