The Alexander Technique is a very powerful tool, on many levels. People who have heard of the Technique often know about it in relation to back or neck pain, as it is scientifically proven to help those. Indeed, in my Alexander lessons, I dealt with chronic back pain. Yet I have also found it to be a much deeper practice, and it has led to a greater sense of well-being.  It's a bit like mindfulness in action!
